"Tommy V"

Tommy kicked my @$$!! Since I am an idiot that doesn't read everything carefully, I just assumed that this was a typical 21-15-9 type of workout, so I did just that for both the thrusters and the rope ascents. Didn't notice that the rope ascents had different reps until I was updating my log. Ain't no punishment like self-inflicted punishment (I guess crossfit is self-inflicted punishment anyway, lol).

You did 45 rope ascents? Holy Crap. How long did it take you?

Re: "Tommy V"

I believe in the old saying, 'to thine own self be true,' so as much as I would like to say that I blew it out the water, Tommy V. (plus my stupidity) beat me up for 1:02:50. I thought it was a bit excessive but I was figured that this is a hero workout and even if it took me three hours I was going to finish. Also, I would love to say that I used only arms, but I used arms, legs, feet, teeth, hair, anything that helped out. I am relatively new to crossfit, live and learn, right? I assure you my hands with I would have read a little more critically.

Re: "Tommy V"

Normally they will say -No legs. Since they did not specify, can you use legs, or is it assumed that the standard is legless?

Since they didn't specify, you just climb up the rope any way you want to.
