Been on crossfit for 5 months. I did the Crossfit total 2 months or so ago and again recently. I don't keep close records, just enjoy doing the WOD's.

But I've been surprised! First my deadlift PR jumped from 215 to 275, then this last time I hit 315. I never thought I'd put up 300 on deadlift so quickly. Only 15lbs more to double bodyweight at 330! I've been lifting for two years and never saw gains like that on anything.

I can't wait to see where I'm at after a year on crossfit.

I know the feeling.
I had pulled 295lbs prior to CF.
Now I am 20 lbs lighter and I did CFT yesterday. I pulled 375lbs. Just 5 months doing CF.
Current bodyweight is 175lbs.
Now if I can just get my shoulder press numbers up....
Anyway good job.
