Thanks Allen. Another question: now that you have a bit of an arch, do still wear orthotics with your everyday shoes, outside of the gym?

Alain,

No, I used to put inserts in my old running shoes, my work shoes and my military boots. I've kicked the inserts to the side in all my shoes except in my military boots. The reason I didn't for the boots is because I have no idea where I put my original inserts for those boots so right now I'm kind of stuck! In fact it's semi-uncomfortable with those in there now.
