Best "ah" moments in the bar muscle up

Any thoughts? My "ah" moment was learning pull to my hips. After that, it became clear to me on how to do them.

I inconsistently get them. but when it just feels right and i get is when i get my hips high and pull them to the bar. i still have to be fresh to do one.

i think my best Ah moment is realizing that its kind of a parlor trick. more of a "hey look how cool this is" and less useful in building strength or muscle. (unless youre doing them strict)
