intil i read about DCO, i didnt know that cleans would bother it...i was only cautioned about lifting cleans currently until i get this figured out...i have an appt at HSS 1/16...

The AC joint is a very undertreated joint. In PT school, you spend so much time on the larger joints (spine, shoulder) most PT's tend to forget about the AC joint or feel that treatment to that joint is worthless.
