Muscle Up improvement.

Just wanted to say thanks to those that helped in my muscle up critique. While it's not perfect I think I have improved my form dramatically. Figuring out that hollow position was the kicker.

I apologize if the length is :56 seconds I edited it down to about :17, either way if you see the full length one, the muscle up doesn't start until :36

Good job Mike. You are still a little loose on the way back. For overall efficiency try not bend at the knees, and keep your lower body tight. But great improvement from your first video.
