Best Books on Bulking

I am interested in learning more about bulking, and healthy weight gain. Does anyone have good recommendations for books/articles that could steer me in the right direction?

Re: Best Books on Bulking

I can't give you any books, but I know Chris Mason has an article floating around here somewhere on the topic. It's a good article if you can find it or if someone can post it.

However, you don't need a book to gain weight. What's your diet like and what type of program do you follow if any?
Check out this ebook written by my sister. It's only 2.99 on Amazon! We appreciate every download. (wfs)

This is an article I wrote on the topic. You certainly don't have to use my supplements (although I would appreciate it ). Do follow the dietary and training recommendations and you WILL gain muscular body weight.

Jim wendler talks about mass gaining in 5/3/1. He has some pretty basic solid principles. It actually very easy once you commit to it.
