Wasn't planning on the squat snatch but everything felt good, so as I am prone to doing, I tested things.

Haven't hit anything higher than 92kg for a few month pre surgery, now 12 days out I have full mobility and stability in the knee again. No more wobbly knee. This may sound idiotic, but it finally sunk in today that doctors actually fix things.

Snatch

Up to 95kg. Leg gave out at 97kg, quick snatching immediately, got really scared. Everything seems ok.

No c+j. Elbow is banged up from muscles ups and general wear & tear

Squat
8x3 @135kg --> got over the knee spook pretty quickly

Forward Lunge
4x3 (L+R) @ 70kg

The sandbag lunges from earlier in the week made me remember that weighted lunges are pretty b-a and I will be working these in with all squatting.
