Re: Reid Hurley CFCC Log

Felt like I needed to rest today but I got so rammy that I ran out did and did a 1k row and ran back.

3:35 1k

Started a month of paleo diet today and will be following it strictly until Dec 7, unless of course I really like it and I'll just keep going.

Rough timing with the grandest of all holidays, Thanksgiving, around the corner but I figure I will always have a reason not to do it so its time to just suck it up.

Re: Reid Hurley CFCC Log

4x250m row, 30 seconds between sets, damper on 5
:50,:52,:52,:51

15 min rest

KB clean skill work
1 gillion reps right arm + 1 gillion reps left arm

Metcon:
7rds
7 KB clean and press right/7 KB clean and press left = 1rd (1.5pood)
7:00 min

then max plank left and right side
:22 and :21

Did all sets with right unbroken
Left arm felt a little weak.
Had no juice left for the planks and kind of tanked them.

Re: Reid Hurley CFCC Log

Urgh...planks were so rough after all the planks. Arms were not happy with weight on them.

Re: Reid Hurley CFCC Log

5rds

10kb thrusters (2 1.5 pood)
20kb swings (1.5pood)

Like 13.26ish

Rested a bit too much, when i got tired kb swing form got really bad and resulted in a pretty tender lower back. So far the experience with the kettle bells has been painful but pretty fun.

Shoulders are pretty burnt out from the past few days. They have started to really hurt in the mornings when I wake up.
