Feel over-trained, sleep deprived and have been getting pretty bad headaches after metcons.

Gonna take a few days off and try to get 7-8 hours of sleep for the next few days to catch up.

Feeling both physically and emotionally drained. Couldn't find time to eat today so I dragged in the workout. Exertion headache was less powerful today but still painful. Looking forward to sleep.

Stayed a little lighter with the dead lifts and focused on keeping a good arch in my back. I think I am so used to having bad form that I am currently stronger with a rounded back.

Didn't do the regular metcon. Instead rowed 1k.

I just started rowing with the idea of doing 100 kcal and getting off but decided to go a little shorter and once I saw 1k on the screen I just quit.

This is a defacto pr for thrusters, but also a pr for power cleans too since I don't work on them too often. Once I actually learn how to have proper form I think I can be pretty strong there.

Pretty slow. Held back by some really sore wrists but I didn't train with much intensity and couldn't even string together 2 kte for some reason.

Finally bought wrist wraps after a few months of gentle suggestions.

I had never done more than a 135lb snatch before so 175 was a really nice surprise. I still have pretty bad technique just like I do with all the other oly lifts. Need to put more time in learning.

Moccasins just don't have the appropriate arch support for the high level breakdancing I displayed
