Worked up to 5x300 on deadlift. Didn't want to push past in fear of injury.
We started a WOD but didn't have time to finish the whole thing.
It was supposed to be 6 rounds of:
2 minutes of work:
135lb thrusters (I scaled to 95)
We did 3 rounds.
5(95), 8(95), 7(115)
