The new Crossfit Journal is ridiculously good. I haven't read all of it yet, but the amount of quality information in it has put me into a state of shock for the past 15 minutes. Thanks to everyone involved in producing this.

I gotta say, if Coach wants to go glossy with this and put it next to the Snickers Bars in Safeway and Piggly Wiggly, Americans would be so much better off.

(Did I mention I'm an editor...)

I haven't received mine yet. I renewed my subscription yesterday. Does anyone know if I should be waiting on the March edition or do I have to wait until April?????

Planning to subscribe next month to the journal. Aside from Chq or money order, what other payment methods can be used? Paypal?

Best line from the journal.
"In all of sport, the highest power outputs ever measured occur during the second pull of the snatch. I would guess that the lowest would occur in the posedown at the Mr. Olympia, but I may be wrong."
Oooohhahahaha. Mark, you are a funny man. The little story about the biker (and blackmailing him with his squat pics) is also good. A great article. I had never really thought of these exercises as "slow" v. "fast" but it's an excellent point wrt generating "power". Newfound enthusiasm for these now!
