I've been putting my home gym together bit by bit since February. It's been a slow process since I'm still stuck in my gym membership. So far I've got a full set of bumpers and bar from Gill, Tyler's rings, homemade med ball (from instructions here), and C2 rower (found a great model C at the local Play it Again Sports for only $299).

I have a place nearby for the stall mats and I know which squat rack I'm going to get, but the piece I'm still up in the air about is a flat bench. Ironmind's looks great but more than I'm willing to pay for a bench. Two I'm looking at right now are these from BW Products and Gill:

Anyone have any experience with these benches? They look pretty sturdy and I want to make sure I get one that lasts.

Any other recommendations?

Both look fine. The gill athletic bench appears to be made from slightly stronger material. If you're willing to spend a bit more, I would try the williams strength bench. Elite fts sells it through their site. Its about 200 bucks and sturdy as a rock. wider support base at the top as well It's more expensive than the others but cheaper than ironmind
