Back from Newfoundland.

Hiked Camelback Mt. (x2) with a bit of a run following the hike.

Completed yesterdays WOD with nothing special to post.

Climbing at the gym today, hiked at work.

Practice HSPU on the rings, can get just over half way down and press back up. Feet hooked on straps.

Practice almost straight arm press to handstand.

Did the 50 clean and jerks yesterday at 85 pounds.

Three rounds of weighted pullups (x10) with 40 pounds, three rounds of weighted dips (x10) with 20 pounds and three rounds of leg lifts (x10).

One arm pullups (X3) with right arm, one with extra 8 pounds--left arm (x3) with right pinkie assistance.

Almost got one full range HSPU on rings, several holds and negatives.

Mountain bike to work, about 28 miles RT. Ring HSPU practice and turning rings out (proper form), getting better and feeling stronger.

A few free HSPU's and and some practice the planche on the parallelets, lowering into with legs open. Getting closer to a true hold in the planche position.

One back lever and some skin the cats.

Ran 4 miles of trail the other day at work, lots of tree work also.

Did the squat/MU/power clean WOD today. It was a nice one. Finished with windshield wipers with 135 lbs on the ground and dumbell chest with 60 lbs.

Climbing gym in the evening, getting closer to finishing the finger crack route--man, it hurts.

Good handstands and presses, getting better on the rings.

Palm tree removal, lots of heavy lifting.

Rode to Camelback Mt., hike up and over, ran back to bike and rode home--it was hot, 100 degrees and I'm tired.
