Shoulder Press, 1 rep 160
Deadlift, 1 rep 315

Total - 770

Previous on 01/19/11 was 315, 160, 335. Just a weak day today.

Pack:
Three rounds for time of:
95 pound Front squat, 15 reps
Wall walk 40 feet (20 chest taps-feet against wall)
30 Sit-ups
Wall walk 40 feet (20 chest taps-feet against wall)

sunday 05/22/11 WOD

Thruster 2-2-2-2-2-2-2

95, 115, 135, 155, 175, 185, 175

For whatever reason, I was doing squats and not squat thrusters until I hit 175. I opted not to go to fail since I can't drop the weights. All started with the bar on the ground.

Props on the job with your WOD today - - that one looked to be pretty rough (I did our box's WOD). The trip to Joplin must also have been exhausting! Glad you had a safe trip. Blessings!

Burpees and pull-ups are both a weak area of mine, so that didn't help my time.

Monday 06/06/11 WOD

2011 CrossFit Games Regional Workout 4

For time:
100 Pull-ups
100 Kettlebell swings, 24kg (55# dumbbell)
100 Double-unders (200 singles)
95 pound Overhead squat, 100 reps (65#, 50 reps)

(I broke this workout down into 10 sets and 10 rounds)

Time - 29:33

Killer workout even breaking it down into 10 rounds and my scaling. Muscle failure on pull-ups and just completely worn out!
