Starting For newcomers to the CrossFit methodology

Little bit of a newbie! Need advice!

Hey guys...been doing crossfit for about 2 months and love it. Now that I am coaching I cna only hit it 3 days a week and then I can hit it a couple days at home as well....will 3 days be alright? Does it matter what exercises I do? I follow a crossfit page now, just keep following it? Let me know what ylal think!!!!

I would do one or two big lifts (squat, deadlift, power clean, press, bench, weighted pullup/dip, etc) for a 3x5 or a 5x3 then do a 10-15 minute metcon. Or if you want to keep following the programming you're already doing, do it in sequence a few days behind...i.e. if I was following mainpage and could only work out Mon/Wed/Fri, I would do Monday's workout today, Tuesday's workout on Wednesday, Wednesday's workout on Friday, pick up where I left off the following week. That way you're not cherry-picking WODs and you're still getting them done in a somewhat planned order.

You've definately been given solid advice, also check out the Fitness Conduit, and the MEBB articles. They will basically discuss in more detail what was already said, and lay out a practical program for you to follow.
