Re: Tim's Garage Gym Pics/Opinions Needed!

The jerk boxes look universal, meaning it doesn't matter the order you stack them in. It would be nice, however, to see some kind of a lip or ridge on the top box to prevent roll-offs.

Nice work, and nice gym.

You have enough stuff in there to start your own garage box. If you have a L1 and the affiliation fee, you might consider doing this.

Not really an interest in that right now. Prior to our most recent gym we had regular members in my garage of 6-10 people a day. I think it'd be very doable just not for me right now.

Latest craigslist purchase. Rogue dog sled version 2 new in box for $200. Guy won it at an open announcement and had no use for it.

Few other recent CL purchase I haven't added to the thread include a set of elite pendlay comp plates and dual airdynes.

Re: Tim's Garage Gym Pics/Opinions Needed!

I most likely have a problem...

Day before Black Friday I was able to sell my set of Pendlay Comp plates which snowballed into a large Rogue purchase on the morning of Black Friday. I ended up buying a set of the "blemished" Rogue comp plates, a Rogue bench, a single pull up bar for the front of my R3 Rack, a landmine, and the new Adidas WL shoes.

For blemished plates, I was troubled in finding anything remotely wrong with these bumpers. They're beautiful.

The bench is rock solid, firm, with no wobble. At 18", the height difference from my 20" super bench is very noticeable.

As for the pull up bar, landmine and shoes...they're all things ive been eyeing for some time and look forward to putting them to use. Overall, another satisfied purchase from one of the greatest companies out there.

No Tim, you're alright. Look up Jeremy Galo's old pictures of his garage gym. They should be on the forum somewhere.

It was craziness. He's scaled it back since he joined EVCF but still has stuff at home I think that can be seen on the 2Asians1Bar podcast.

Oh ya I remember Jeremy's posts/pictures from a few years back...next up is a platform, a set of rubber DBs and hopefully someday, rogues metal jerk blocks.
