Re: My garage gym!!!!

I.just made 22.5# chain sets for the gym. Harbor freight has chains almost 50% off this week. I an thug about adding another 22.5#. They are in 5' sections@ 7.5# potter section. Is 44# S per side reasonable?

Re: My garage gym!!!!

Love it! I like your plyo boxes, I think I'll make some. My husband has a bunch of 2x4s lying around from a bar he was building that he never finished. Much cheaper than ordering them and having them shipped... Thanks for the pics

Re: My garage gym!!!!

Tonight I picked up a Concept 2 model E with PM4 for $500. We have been saving but never expected something this nice. Still brand new, with 500,000 lifetime meters. My garage gym is everything I would want in a Gym!!

got both of those Airdynes for $100 each at one point I had 3. I currently have about 10 people training a day in the garage and the $5 donations they make we use to buy more stuff. We are a group of Firemen, School teachers, nurses, Corrections officers and our spouses.

Re: My garage gym!!!!

I just got this Again Faster Drive sled in on Friday. I ordered it on Monday with the free shipping deal for Christmas. This thing feels bomb proof!!! I have another sled that doesn't compare to the quality of this one. We pushed it, pulled it v and rolled it up and down the park on Saturday morning. Thanks Again faster!!

Re: My garage gym!!!!

Got the new Get Rxd linear bearing GHD on Thursday. I am very impressed with the quality. It's big and heavy and all black. The bearings roll smooth and the pads seem to be high quality. They added an embossed logo was a very nice touch on the round pad. Assembly was very easy. The wheels making moving it a breeze. I will add a video review this coming week. I can honestly say it's much nicer than I expected and I had high expectations after speaking with Mike L from GetRxd. They shipped out on Friday and it got here Thursday even with New Years day being Tuesday.
