I have been practicing my OHS with PVC. When I squat my shoulders move foward. Any tips on correcting this?

Matt,

Have you taken a look at CFJ #36? Very in depth "how to" guide in there.

How wide is your grip? Are you keeping your shoulder active?

How far forward? Falling on your face, or keeping your hips back and head up, but tilting from the hips?

Grip is wide. Evrything seems to be close to properly aligned, it's just my hand and the PVC are out to about my knees. I can't seem to get my hands back and up. If I was holding any weigth I'd fall on my face.
I'll check out #36.
Thanks...
