hello all,

I was curious of how you do squat cleans with DB. It does not appear in the exercise section.

Can anyone describe it?

Well, a "squat clean" is a full clean from the floor, catching the weight in a squat. Complete holding 2 dumbells, vs. a bar. Likely the dumbells will orient front-to-back, 90 from the way a bar would orient. Careful on the catch not to smack your shoulders.

Moving to Exercises.
