Can someone recommend a creatine suppliment?

I've done so much research today on creatine today, and I want to begin taking it along side my MEBB program.

Do most people recommend mono?
Which brand?

Any advice would be great.

Thanks in advance!
Eric

I think most people will recommend straight monohydrate. Most of the other stuff is likely just a ploy to make you pay more.

I use 4everFit Creatine Monohydrate in 500g jars and it does the job.

I would also recommend straight monohydrate.

Make sure you don't take it with something that has citric acid

Re: Can someone recommend a creatine suppliment?

I am sure somebody will say I am brainwashed by M&F but I like Cellmass by BSN. When I used to do "normal" weight lifting (I know the horror) I used BSN products and saw success. I use Cellmass now after my Crossfit workouts, it helps with my recovery.

Re: Can someone recommend a creatine suppliment?

Apparently BSN got sued because Cellmass doesn't contain the types of creatine it says it does or something. Big surprise there - a major supplement company marketing BS? Never!

If a placebo works, is it really a placebo?
