Client achieved first muscle up!

After six months of WOD's and strength training before every work out. She knocked out a muscle up, at first she didn't believe she did it. She dropped down did another and did a grand total of 5 muscle ups! Also had her do very deep ring dips and strict ring pull ups at least once a week for the past three weeks. I surprised her with telling her she was going to be doing muscle up practice today, so she didn't have time to think about it over and over again in her head.
