I am disappointed in the choices of music that are used in some of the workout demos.

Today's video demo of the Hang Clean and Pullup is a prime example where the song talks about a "crazy " and "I like the way you me". This adds nothing to the video demo and only reflects on someone's bad taste. Please stop using such songs.

Is someone forcing you to watch the free videos? Do you have a mute button? Trying pressing it and rocking with your own funky fresh Lawrence Welk.

Taste is subjective. I personally feel the production quality of the videos, in terms of composition, editing, music, graphics, and encoding, has dramatically improved over the last couple of months. Thank you for the great work.

Of course, here on the message board, we're chastised if we don't mention whether a link is Work and Family Safe. I don't see why the standards on the WOD video should be any different. Many here scoff at other fitness sites because of the garbage photos/topics/language found on them. Are we really any different? I've enjoyed and will continue to enjoy CF since 2003, but the WOD video music selections are not up to the same standards as the rest of the site.

I guess just assume that the video's are NOT WFS. Then your in the clear.

Personally, I like the music but sometimes the mixing could use some work. The transition between songs is sometimes abrupt. Also, an end credit shot would be nice with artist info. I wonder if its a problem with copyright laws to put the end credits.

I frequently watch the video's with the kids around and if the song has some inappropriate lang in it I just turn the volume down.

I think its great that we have such a diverse community of people that it is impossible to satisfy them all, let's hope it stays that way.

Hey, I love the videos AND the music. I have gone to iTunes and purchased many of the songs which, I play during my workouts...very inspirational! Keep up the good work and for those who don't like the tunes, mute your player.
