Why don't you email Dave Young and ask him? I believe his contact info is on his site. I don't think he hangs around here, so it's not likely he's going to see your question.

As a rule, going to the source is *always* the best way to get these burning questions answered. :msn-wink:

It shall now be called "CrossFit Dead"


I really enojoy listening to all of the shows (still). I know I have listened to many of them 4 or 5 times.

If Mr. Young is too busy coaching, maybe we can get someone else to pick up the torch.

(don't look at me, I already have 3 jobs).
