hello all. My sport was on ESPN2 this past sunday for a Timbersports Marathon. Here's a couple of links from youtube that are work safe, depicting me getting a little too happy for own good after winning some wood chopping events.

Hey Micheal.....the whole c/f community does what most considers "punishment" for fun. Hence, I feel at home. :-D

All the best,
Arden

Hey Arden--caught you on ESPN2 a couple of days ago. Now the casual references to big weights in your workout logs are a little easier to understand. Impressive performance!

Thanks Kenneth. The good lord didn't make me pretty, but he did make me stout. He also gave me quick reflexes and some keen hand eye coordination. That's about it really. :-D

All the best,
Arden

I too saw your footage on Sunday afternoon. Well done! The fact that you all left with the same number of toes you showed up with is impressive to me!

Good work Arden...very impressive. It's always cool and a huge confidence booster when you can out do the pros in any sport.

Hey nice goatee.

Thanks Peter!!! LOL. I can't grow it on my head anymore. In reality, I guess I'm compensating.

All the best,
Arden

You're a stud. I would be nervous about taking a toe off.
