Joey the Juggernaut wants a blog of his own

I`ve been doing the Crossfit thing for about a year now and I`ve just gave up on the zone in favour of higher protein and fat with less carbs.

My first real workout since changing my nutrition was Mr Joshua.
% rounds for time of:
run 400m
30 GHD sit ups
250 lb deadlift, 15 reps.

28:25 that`s 1:13 faster than my previous PR on this workout.



Today (Jan 21, o9) HSPU and L-pull ups.

9:56 about one minute longer than last time but I went in today feeling really beat up from yesterday and was actually thinking about taking today to rest but I hit it anyway. So I still feel good about it. And my form on my L-pull ups was pretty spotless this time. I have slight ROM issues with this exercise but I kept my knees locked straight.

Five rounds for time of:
45 pound barbell Overhead walking lunges, 50 feet
21 Burpees

9:55. Just realized that I miscalculated and only did 25 feet of lunges, how embarassing. I'm going to have to do this one again to make up for my mistake. I thought the lunges seemes a little bit easy.

Been a while since I posted. I just plum forgot.
Today was thruster 1 1 1 1 1 1 1. Went as follows:

145
155
165
175
185
195 fail. My PR on this one is 200. Last time I did this one I failed at 180. That was a few weeks after I started zoning. I feel as though I am recovering from a horrible nutrition accident.

30 6 rounds, 205 total pullups. I feel really good about this one. I did better than last time by 51 pull ups with the same number of rounds. The best part is I was on the zone back then and I weighed 12 pounds less. I was 148 back then and now weigh around 160
