Greetings all! I have been following the 5 day alternative for my WODs. Typically on a rest day I cherry pick one of the girls but I am fresh out of ideas after this week. Any suggestions? I am in the mood for some punishment and was thinking Murph.

Get a few days to a week behind the mainpage schedule. Then just do the mainpage WOD, if that is your goal. You shouldn't have to alter the programming order at all. The cycles are close enough that there are the same number of work days and rest days every month(28 days). If my math is right.

You might have to lay off the intensity one or two days a week, to avoid over training.

This way you don't pick and choose what you want to do, and you can't avoid WODs you don't like, you cant avoid your weaknesses.

You can post times/scores for up to a week on the comments page, so they will still be easily searchable/findable when WODs recur.

Or just do Murph.

Andy,
Thank you. For the past couple months I have been doing as described. I just got out of sync. I will just do Murph! Ha!

B-Well!

Rest = Rest

If you want max strength and power, you better rest....muscle does NOT grow when you are working out...the more you work out, the less it grows.

Simple yet so many fail to see and make reasonable progress.

I haven't looked at it in a while, but brand x used to post a 5 day WOD.
