Are these any good? And if so, any recommendations on which protein powder to use thats form soy?

I've been using hemp seed so far and it's been hard to get used to :-( And you need more scoops to have the same amount of protein as fewer scoops of whey.

30g of hemp seed protein = 11g protein
28g of whey protein = 22g protein

For those that are against dairy (I don't consume any dairy because of the great things i've heard about non-dairy diets), would a whey protein isolate be harmful? or as harmful as a whey protein blend?

28g of whey protein isolate = 25g pro

I personally used to intake a whey protein shake daily (pre CF days)...Since joining the forces of CF i have dropped some weight and body fat as well...Given i've only been doing CF for about 2 months, though i like the resaults. I am tempted though to take Gregs advice on trying the egg protein..I used to use the protein factory as well and love there products..Excellent choice Greg!
