Good Morning,

Are there any gyms in the md/dc/va where I can get good instruction on the basic o-lifts? Any help is appreciated, I can't wait to get started!!!

Thanks

Steven

Didn't even know there was a Crossfit fairfax...hmm..interesting.

Steven,

Tom is a great guy and definitely worth a trip down to DC to see him. In January I was fortunate enough to be there when Coach Dan John came and gave us a little O-lift seminar at Xfit DC.

Here is a link to a little write up I did:
http://www.crossfit.com/discus/messages/22/18615.html

Get in touch with tom and in the meanwhile read the notes over and see if that helps.

Steve, you are welcome to check out CrossFit DC anytime.

David, good to see you posting here. I have been meaning to check in with you and your sister. How are the lifts going?

Hey- I also have to give much praise to CrossFit Virginia down in Manassas. teamruthless.com

In one (1) session, they took my clean from an inconsistent 95 to a rock solid 145.

Oh wait... It looks like there is a CF Fairfax. I don't know those folks...

But CF Manassas is about 20 miles from the Vienna metro station. That's the one I know.
