OK, stupid question of the day. The FAQ cites the CFWU as
3 rounds of 10-15 reps of
Samson Stretch (do the Samson Stretch once each round for 15-30 seconds)
Overhead Squat with broomstick
Sit-up
Back-extension
Pull-up
Dip

Does this mean when people write in the comments section on the front page "CFWU x 3" that they have done 9 sets of each exercise? If I were doing 135 dips and pullups, that would be my workout, that's all.

Nah...I think it means three rounds, each round includes one set of each exercise. I'd never have time to do the WOD, even if I could do one after doing nine rounds!!

CFWU X 1 = 1 round of the exercises/reps listed above
CFWU X 3 = 3 rounds of each
CFWU X N = N rounds of each

I always understood the warmup to be 3x circuits of the listed exercises. At least that's what I've been doing. Then, I do the WOD

I was always confused by this, so I always post my warmups as "1/3 cfwu or 2/3 cfwu" it's mostly for me later on down the road if I want to look back at a WoD result, I know what I warmed up with. (Some day I'm going to put all of my WoD's into an electronic file, but I can't seem to ditch my green notebooks.)
