We scored a triple header today in the Washington Post Express!

Work/Family safe:

1. A feature article on Primal Fitness
http://www.readexpress.com/fit.php

2. A nice publicity pull and plug for CrossFit Challenge, Old Town Alexandria
http://www.readexpress.com/read_free...e_machines.php

3. A live link in the Primal article featuring CFDC

We should have the WUSA spot coming out soon, though there are bigger things in store for Primal and APK in the next few days/weeks. All cool stuff!

DC Metro area world domination! :p

You should stop by sometime Allen, we'll welcome you back no questions asked. Your running plan looks ok, a little low volume but it seems to suit your purposes.

Jesse, I hope your injury is healing well.

Jerry, I am counting on your help with back squats next Sunday.

Tom, I think I worked the group hard enough that they'll be glad about you returning.

Welcome back, Mr. Greene. Good to see you on here again.

PTU = Personal-Trainer-University.com

It's a marketing site strictly for fitness professionals. The "Bootcamp" Ryan Lee hosts once a year is where I met Jerry last year. Great times.
