Burpees!!) WOD: 12:00 AMRAP: 3 Weighted Pull-ups, 35 lbs 6 Dumbbell Push-ups 9 Dumbbell Squats, 35 lbs 8 rounds + 3 Weighted Pull-ups, 147 reps 21 more reps than my last attempt on 5 November 2019!! I felt I even wasted time on this one! |
