Our new Crossfit gym has 600-square-feet of grappling mats, a Bubba dummy, two Bob dummies, a speedbag, couple of heavy bags, three climbing ropes, and lots of potential for fighters to cross-train.

I'm always looking for guys and gals who like to train BJJ, etc., so we can incorporate more of a fighting emphasis into our classes. If you're in the L.A.-area, stop by.
