Paleo and Dairy

What is Paleo's take on Dairy? For Breakfast I get my protein from cottage cheese and milk but am looing for a way to diversify the proteins.

I bet tenderised horse meat would be good and it is definately paleo.

There are numerous threads if you run a search regarding the use of Dairy and the Paleo Diet. Dairy is a no, no with Paleo, pick up The Paleo Diet.

before asking a question, try searching for it either on the forums here or on google. It will make alot of unnecessary threads dissapear. Better yet, buy the book it will make things alot easier for you.
