Eating meat that has good levels of leucine can stop old people losing their muscle tissue when they age.....

Maybe they should all try olympic lifting too :wink:

Leucine is found in meat soy, beans and legumes, among other foods.

If only.

First we would have to convince officials that sitting all day and watching TV isn't the best thing for them...
