CrossFit Shoes, Reebok Nano 2.0

So I've been doing CrossFit for just over 90 days and my shoes of choice have been my running shoes. I am finally starting to notice how these shoes are made for running, not so much for lifting and whatever madness my coaches have put in the WOD.

Doing a quick search, the most popular shoe I found was the Reebok Nano 2.0. Can I get a few opinions on this shoe?

This will be my first lifting/crossfit shoe. Won't be used for running. I prefer thick cushioned shoes for road work (unapologetic heel-striker) and wear barefoot trail shoes for trail running. I have regular arches and have never had any feet issues.

Re: CrossFit Shoes, Reebok Nano 2.0

They are amazing for most WODs..... Probably the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned!

I feel very stable in the nanos and they keep my feet very cool which is a plus in Florida ... You should notice an immediate increase in your dead lifts and things like box jumps, over squishy running shoes....

Highly recommended

..... They are taking preorders for the nano 3 which is due to come out in July ?

If your box does a lot of dedicated " Strenght workouts with squats and oly lifts I would also suggest a good pair of dedicated weightlifting shoes... I love the Nike romaleos but you can't do anything but lift in them

I kindly refer you to: http://wlshoes.com/review/reebok-crossfit-nano-2/ (wfs)

If you aren't in dire need of the shoes just yet, you might want to hold out for the Nano3 which is coming soon.

I have also been Crossfitting for 3 months. I bought a new pair of Nano 2.0s just over a month ago. Love them! Huge difference over the running shoes I was wearing.
