Re: Mobility Wod

Have you checked out the website? He posts a video almost every day, and you can use the search box to find stuff related to particular joints/muscle groups or movements. Most everything on there can be done for warmups at the gym or at home if you have a few lacrosse balls, a foam roller, and maybe a stretch band.

Truly amazing website: MobilityWOD.com. You gotta check it out, my squat is already better due to more hip and ankle flexibility. Use the search function for whatever ails you...

THanks! I assume our workout at the box will just be related to this. I have a horrible squat so I will def check it out.

Re: Mobility Wod

About a week ago I just finished my mission of watching every video on mobilitywod.com, beginning with episode 1. It took me about a year and a half. Discovering crossfit.com is probably the best thing I've ever done for my body. Discovering mobilitywod.com is an extremely close second. I can't recommend that site highly enough. It's a life changer.

Re: Mobility Wod

As long as you don't have some type of underlying problem, and reasonably healthy, the mobility wod stuff is great.
