This was on December 2nd. So 10 days into the program you were either not squatting/pressing at all, or using the Smith Machine... Interesting...

Whatever, I'll take your word for it I guess. Good 4 you man. Keep it up, you'll keep seeing improvements if you stick w/ the program.

yeah i asked so becasue i thought as it is getting tough it will b tough for me to lift from floor..... i first have to do like clean so as to make it on my chest level than put it on my back for a squat thats y i asked so

Wow, impressive, keep up the good work man!

On a side note, you should give Mehdi a call. I'm sure they could use a new poster child for the program. You could actually give some legitimacy to the advertising phrase "Increase Your Squat by up to 1000%*!"
