********

Have any affiliates had these guys come into your affiliate to get you to sell their products? If so, how do you like them; as products, and as another income stream?
If not, why did you decide not to sell their products?

Thanks,
Brian

I've seen some Affiliate websites that also sell this stuff. I think it's a conflict of interest, but that's just my opinion. I guess it depends on what kind of nutrition you teach at your box.

Re: ********

I found it funny that they call them "Paleo" and fill it with artificial sweeteners. But also would like to know if any affiliates have tried using/selling their products, and get some feedback, good or bad.

I can't give first-hand feedback, but I do know that Austin's Crossfit Central, home of Jeremy Thiel and four of this year's 40 female Games contenders, is very big into ********.

Jeremy is a big Advo-cate (sorry...couldn't resist), and I assume that Carey Kepler (his sister) is as well. Can't speak for the others, as I'm not at Central. Coach Mike Gregory (this animal [wfs]) is also into ********, I believe.

I'll assume you're kidding, Casey. Yes?

Re: ********

Fine. I'll go google. But no, I never heard of them.

Edit: Googled. Still never heard of them. Looks like your standard supplement line. What exactly is Coffecino supposed to be?

Really?

Wasn't trying to send you off on a Googlefest. I just take it for granted that everyone's as big a CF geek as I am.

Jeremy was 3rd in the `08 Games and was doing very well last year until he hurt himself.

Carey was 3rd in last year's Games and 16th this year. She and Jeremy co-own CF Central.

The big dude (Mike Gregory) is more of a local CF celeb. Unless you had come across the Grace video before, it's unlikely you would have heard of him.

I bow out at this point. I'm not on and know virtually nothing about the ******** products.

Re: ********

I just opened a small affiliate about 2 months ago and I've had several people approach me about selling these products in my gym. I've also had people bring me Visalus shakes to taste test and I actually had a hard time getting one of them to leave after telling him I wasn't interested. We chose not to sell these products because we teach Paleo/Primal nutrition and we try to get people to eat whole foods, not processed shakes and supplements. I just told them the supplements they offered did not fit into our program, except maybe the omega-3 supplements.

Re: ********

From what I've heard (I have never actually used their products), ******** is a pretty high quality supplement company that sells all the traditional supps and a few that are a bit questionable. Their sales tactics remind me quite a bit of Amway which makes me wary. I don't see any problem with using them but I think selling them out of your box might be pushing things a bit.
