For the gymnastics/crossfit split, you might want to contact Jeff Tucker at GSX Athletics in Ft. Worth.

Offhand, I know CrossFitMarin and CrossFitSonoma both started their gyms in gymnastics gyms before getting their own. Both are friends of mine. Email them.

I know Airborne gymnastics in Santa Clara has run CrossFit in their gym but I can't think of any others off-hand.

If your insurance is K&K, they no longer insure new affiliates but keep on with existing affiliates under them. K&K is a very well known insurer for gymnastics across the states (as I've been told there are 2 main insurers for most gymnastics).

I run Albany CrossFit...not sure where you are open in the Upstate New York area. I'm actually putting in an order to Rogue Fitness this week. If you want to combine orders to save on shipping let me know ASAP!
