This is CrossFit Mississauga in Ontario, Canada. I've worked out there a handful of time when traveling on business. To say that they're crazy would be an understatement. A real hardcore bunch. I watched a girl get stitches removed from her finger (that had no business coming out yet), at the box, presumably, so that she could do the WOD.

I hope I have to go up that way soon. They live up to their t-shirts. On the back, it just says, "Hard as F#@k". Theirs isn't edited, though.

Re: Coolest WoD ever?

There is a "chipotle challenge" on you tube. The guy eats 4 Chipotle burritos in less than 30 minutes and then runs a 5:46 mile without puking. LOL

The guy that won that competition is getting a documantry soon. He is one of the greatest competitive eaters in the world. Watch that link I posted and the rest of the videos.

He came from being anaroxic to a 500+ deadlift or so, and of course a seriously crazy eater...

He trains out of a crazy extrem box with some awsome people here in Mississauga...

Re: Coolest WoD ever?

I've done the whole milk gallon challenge, and the Buffalo Wild Wings Blazin' challenge. But to combine it with a WOD would be divine. I'm thinking:

4 rounds for time
drink a liter of whole milk
500m row
15 burpees
5 deadlifts, 300 lbs.

No puking. I'll post it if I do it.

Re: Coolest WoD ever?

I just posted in stuff/nonsense about the zombie workout our affiliate did in honor of the Zombieland movie...

Crossfit Diablo had a water balloon race WOD (workout not posted):
http://www.diablocrossfit.com/diablo...lay%20race.jpg <<<<<<WFS>>>>>>

But still, none of these seem like the coolest... I don't even see any keg carrying, sand bags, tire flips, tire pulls, etc...

Doesn't anyone have anything more creative than eating food to fight pukie for the "coolest WoD ever"?
