Ok, I have read the back posts etc and see that most recommend that the WOD is 'enough' and that it can be supplemented with fun activities, but what I want to know is if the WOD is all that the folks in the videos do? The ones who are really, really ripped :-)

Karin,

If it is the lean ripped look you are after, the WOD WITH the proper diet is enough and in fact very effective.
