November 'Thruster' challenge

so starting this week:

(4 weeks) 3x's a week (9,15,21 reps) #65,#95,#115,#135

this schedule means that on the first monday you will do 9 #65 reps, then 15 #65 reps on wednesday, and then 21 #65 reps on friday. the following week you do the same rep schedule but with an increased weight of #95 and the following weeks proceed with #115 & #135.

good luck everyone!

Hmmm. Interesting. I'm doing a little TX Method style programming for about 6 weeks, starting today. I was actually planning on doing thrusters on Wednesdays as my mid-week recovery. I guess I could do 21-15-9 all in one day...I'll think about it. But high-rep thrusters are like, hard, in keto. So I dunno.

I like the sound of this one, should supplement my program well. I believe I'll go start right now actually.

Re: November 'Thruster' challenge

Any prescribed weight for the ladies that want to participate. We were thinking 45lbs, 65lbs, 85lbs, 95lbs for any women at our gym that wanted to join in. But, maybe 45lbs, 65lbs, 75lbs, 85lbs would scale better.

Re: November 'Thruster' challenge

Awesome, count me in. I had already performed today's WOD when I read this, so I'll do 9 + 15 on Wednesday to catch myself up.

my bad for not including scaling for the ladies. i would say the 45,65,85,95 sounds like a good progression, but i think its up to everyone to scale for themselves to an appropriate weight.
