Slept ~5/6 hours. Woke up feeling strangely on top of it. Took an extra 15 minutes to sleep but all in all was pretty awake. Thank you for taking an entire week, fasting.


Single Leg Squat Holds 1 minute/side
-Unbroken. Trying to point toe forward while keeping the knee slightly out. I attempted to walk "correctly" this weekend and I just need to accept my duck nature. At least I'm trying to squat correctly now hah. Felt very tight on the inside of my thigh near the knee yesterday - I think it was from the squatting - I'm hoping it was a good tightness!

I'm really mad at myself for my lack of commitement to myself. I've been so busy with things that I've completely neglected taking care of myself and going to Crossfit and everything in between... In return I put on 8#, got horridly sick, lost my voice, am completely exhausted 85% of the time, am really REALLY emotionally unstable, and just upset at myself. I cooked myself a really nice meal - 3 eggs, mountains of spinach and mushrooms roasted in the oven (eggs cooked in coco oil). Going home after class to make another meal later today (refusing to not eat from my own kitchen). I'm determined to be more consistent. Competition (and birthday!) in 1 month and 3 days.
