Woah, almost a month passing by without me posting! I've done maybe a handful of CF workouts in the last month. None that I remember or are worth posting. So let's start from here on out.
I'm DONE with the hardest semester I've ever had. Thank heavens . I'm ready to start heavily training for the CF Sectionals except it may take me a week or two to get readjusted into things. My metcon kinda stinks (but not INCREDIBLY) but most of my strength is still there. Something that will come back quickly I started running again -- adding that into my programming. Doing it for myself. It's helpful not only to my metcon, but helps me clear my mind and really helps my singing (respiratory ness), I wont let it impact my CFing but it's something I wanna put down that I'm doing! Ok! Onto workouts!

12.15.10

AMRAP 20 minutes
5 forward rolls
20 KB snatches @ 1 pood (10 per arm)
30 lunges (15/leg)

4 rounds + 1 snatch (and a nice nasty bruise on my right forearm!)

Yoga in the morning -- I was super tight, I really suggest Wake Up Yoga to anyone, it was amazing!

+ rock climbing for ~ 1 hr with a friend. Bouldering. Something I want to do more often. Going again tomorrow maybe if anyone's in!

Tabata Left Side Planks
Tabata Right Side Planks
Tabata Front Planks

Squats: 26-22-19-14-13-14-14-16 = (total) 138
Planks: All. (2 pts per hold) total = 48 pts

Total: 186

15 Pull Ups (went to mini band after round 2, those bars are crap.)

Sleeping and eating well = looking/feeling alive again. I REALLY need to stick to a schedule now that I have the time. Hitting up the weight room at 12th St. tomorrow to wreak havoc and do a WOD all by my lonesome since I work 10-4. Meh. Until then!

1 1/2 hours of Anusara Yoga at Dhyana Rittenhouse
followed by walking around the city and enjoying a wonderful day off.
Cooked. Cleaned. Slept in.

Great way to start the year.
