My back feels incredible....called the dr. up today and im going back for an evaluation on friday, She thinks i will be able to do whatever i please again starting monday

Glad to hear your back is better.
I will echo what Jay and Dave have said, kick the crap!! Those freaking pills are like over the counter meth. Your body will adjust to the waking up and going back to bed. Use exercise and the endrophins you get from that to keep you going. From the handful of the pages on this log that I have read, as I am going through. You get way to banged up. Slow down, learn good form and use that in everyday life from lifting a patient, to throwing a ladder, to toting your school books, whatever it is. And for Christ's sake tell that dept that you are standing in front of their truck to buy a red one! |

haha seriously, our trucks are a pretty damn ugly color haha. But every one of them are that color and we have 9 trucks and they're all that color, so I dont see a chance coming soon

ok i really wanted to workout yesterday...but we had a huge house fire (YES MY FIRST FIRE!!!!) and now i completely understand why its a big deal to stay in shape...holy **** i was beat last night and im sore as hell today. Cant wait to get back into CrossFit tomorrow
