You should have done the full 10rds.

If you did 7rds. in 8:10, you could have done the full WOD in a decent amount of time... Push. it. Harder. James!!!

if you guys would have seen the "ring dips" i was doing you probly would have told me to stop lol, it was basically me jumping and acting like i doing it

Four rounds, each for time of:
800 meter run

Each round was 5 mins.

Hanging Leg Raises: 4x5
Knees to elbows: 3x5
GHD situps: 1x15

How is that for you mr. david

Had a rough morning, 2 hour physical and i have urine in my blood got pretty upset about it, kinda nervous as to what it could be

Skill Work Day
Hanging leg raises: 3x5
Knee's to elbows: 3x5
Ring Dips: 3x5
Dead Hang Pull-ups: 3x5
Push-ups: 3x5
Sit-ups: 3x5
