Have a blast at the Oly Cert this weekend. Can't decide which one I want to go to next - - Lifting or Rowing.....or the Movement and Mobility.

Take care!

Steve
This was just an oly class at Catalyst but still loved it.

I really enjoyed the Movement cert and I'd take lifting over rowing any day.

Hi Laurie,

Thanks for the info. Glad you had a good time. I have heard great things about Greg Everett's classes there at Catalyst - - thinking of going over myself when I get a chance if I can't make a Cert.....

Thanks, Marianne. Going through a bit of a rough spell lately - - trying to come down with something, over tired, and (finally!!!) got transferred to a SBUX closer to home, so I'm not driving a three hour round trip.....

Hope to get back into things soon and post also......Take care!

Steve,
Good to hear from you. The weather is finally cooling a bit here and feels more like workout weather. I'll pray for you to be re-energized.
PS sent you a PM

Tony

Re: Steve's "I'm not aging quietly" log

100909. THURSDAY

Feels like I'm starting over again and I sort of am. About a month off due to various reasons

Good WOD today for getting back in the groove.
4 X 800m "sprints"

Warm up:
250m row
DROM
Pass throughs
15 x hip extensions
15 x Ab mat sit ups
15 x pull ups (5 strict, 10 kipped)
15 x ring dips (7, 3, 5)
2 x 50m runs / stretches

WOD: 4 X 800m runs - times:
1. 4:44
2. 4:25
3. 4:31
4. 4:25
I didn't push as hard as I wanted to or possibly could have to avoid injury and be sensible for once

Re: Steve's "I'm not aging quietly" log

Hey Steve. Well, thank goodness you got a job closer to home! 3 hour round trip commute is ridiculous! Glad you keep returning to your workouts. That's all that counts, is that you don't stop and then never resume.
