Indian Club training classes/certs

Does anyone know where I can search for classes or certifications for Indian Club (club bell) training? I just started using them on my own to rehab a shoulder injury and realized that they are pretty fun to use. I can't find any classes or certs in the DC area though and only have a DVD to go by. Thanks!

Wow...checked out a bunch of links and videos, and does that look like fun! I can tell it's a lot harder than it looks!

Thanks for sharing.

Re: Indian Club training classes/certs

Mike,
Many thanks for the link. I'll get the DVD and learn what I can. I already feel my shoulder loosening up and its range increasing with just the little I've started doing. I look forward to learning the more complex swings over time. Good stuff!

Regards,
Chris
