WODs are like air you really miss them when they are gone. I am on a rest day and I catch myself thinking about WOD. I am trying to really rest because my shoulder has been bothering me. So I have been viewing the exercise videos to see if I can learn something (always do). Anyone else have this problem?

Yes.

I view it as a sign of adequate recovery. The days that I am not thinking about working out are usually the ones that I've had a crappy night's sleep, eaten something I probably shouldn't have, or done more than I can recover from.

That being said, I'd keep an eye on that shoulder...makes no sense to rush such things when you have the rest of your life to workout.

If the WOD hasn't been posted before I go to bed, I sometimes sneak online in middle of the night to check it. Restless sleep due to curiousity is then replaced by restless sleep due to fear.
